Established in 1979 by Dr. Susan Shirley, Firgrove Veterinary Clinic is an AAHA accredited, full-service veterinary clinic and hospital located in South Hill Puyallup, Washington. OUR SERVICES
MICROCHIPPING
Microchipping is a safe and effective way to ensure that your pet can be identified if they get lost. We offer this service using Home Again chips to give you peace of mind.
DIGITAL RADIOLOGY
This diagnostic imaging utilizes digital technology to capture and process X-ray images of an animal's internal structures. This enables us to provide quicker, more accurate, and less invasive diagnostic imaging, ensuring the well-being of our patients. From skeletal structures, to internal organs and teeth, we're prepared to evaluate your pet.
ULTRASOUND / ECHOCARDIOGRAM
Though we're not board certified radiologists, our team is experienced in ultrasound from fast scans in emergencies, to diagnostic, full abdominal and cardiac screening to evaluate your pet's vital organs.
PROBLEM EXAMS
We understand that animals can't tell us where they hurt. When your pet isn't feeling up to par, our team strives to ensure that your pets receive prompt and effective treatment when they need it most. With a thorough examination and diagnostics, we'll get to the answers they can't verbally share.
SURGERY
We provide a wide range of surgical procedures, from routine spays and neuters to more complex surgeries such as orthopedics, laparotomies, splenectomies, and more. Our experienced team will ensure that your pet receives the best possible care.
LASER THERAPY

MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY (mAb) TREATMENTS
Monoclonal antibody treatments have ushered in a new era of veterinary medicine, offering innovative and highly effective solutions to manage allergies, itchiness, and inflammation in our beloved pets. We are proud to provide Cytopoint, Solensia, and Librela monoclonal antibody treatments to improve the quality of life for pets suffering from chronic conditions.
VACCINATIONS
Vaccinations are an essential part of your pet's healthcare. We offer a range of vaccines based on your pets' lifestyle and exposure to protect your pets from common diseases.
WELLNESS EXAMS
Our thorough, nose-to-tail wellness exams are designed to keep your pets in good health. We recommend regular checkups to detect and prevent health problems before they become serious.
DENTISTRY
Dental health is an important part of your pet's overall wellbeing. Imagine if you didn't brush your teeth every day. We offer a range of dental services, including full-mouth, digital dental radiographs, cleanings and extractions, to keep your pet's teeth and gums healthy. In addition, we encourage prevention as a first line of defense.
