Netanya

Netanya is our welcoming Receptionist at Firgrove Veterinary Clinic and joined our team in August 2026. As one of the first faces you'll see when you enter our doors, expect to be met with a friendly welcome and genuine care. Netanya brings years of customer service experience and a deep love for animals to our practice.

Before joining Firgrove, Netanya spent nearly a decade at a collections agency, including three years as a receptionist. She also worked as a customer service representative for an insurance company. In both roles, she learned how to listen closely, stay patient, and help people through stressful moments — skills that are invaluable to providing an exceptional experience for you and your pet.

Netanya ultimately chose veterinary medicine for two simple reasons: she adores animals and loves helping people. At Firgrove, she gets to do both every day. Whether she's greeting a nervous puppy, scheduling with a client, or connecting with her team members, she treats each moment as a chance to help others. "I enjoy every opportunity to love on clients' pets," she shared. “I also love my work family and am enjoying building relationships with each of them.”

Netanya is open to wherever her veterinary career may lead. Her approach is guided by integrity and honesty, and she strives to be a dependable teammate and helpful contact for our clients. She is proud to be part of a practice with a long-standing history in the community of caring for generations of local pets and their families.

Volunteer Work

Netanya's love for helping others extends beyond the walls of our clinic. She helps lead a mental health support group at her church and other activities within the church.

Home Life

In her free time, Netanya loves walking in nature and practicing photography. She shares her home with her two beloved chihuahuas, a boy and a girl who are her whole world.
